Debra Browne ASID is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers. Practicing interior design for over 20 years, her passion is to create interiors that mirror the soul and character of her clients. As the principal of Harrison Browne Interior Design LTD., located in the Aspen Valley, she has been privileged to work with exceptional clients from around the world.

She is a Colorado native which she believes lends integrity to her projects throughout the Rocky Mountains. From a small condo remodel to a multi-million dollar residence, no two installations are alike, creating excitement and diversity in her work. Her commercial portfolio includes a national jewelry store chain, several restaurants, retail projects, and health care centers the most recent being a Dr.s office and and eye care clinic in the Aspen Valley.

As a speaker for NEOCON at the Chicago Merchandise Mart 2007, 2005, and 2002 and the national ASID convention INTERIORS 08, speaking on design business practices; Debra feels she is contributing to the profession. She believes that the difference between the title interior decorator and interior designer lies firmly in professional education and experience.

Exterior living area overlooks the river. Landscape design is enhanced by the exterior fireplace and furnishings.
Custom Light fixtures illuminate the dining room. Mountian elegance sets the scene for delicious dining.
The desk, once lived upon the King of Portugal's yacht. The bedroom is filled with warmth, motorized draperies enclose the room in tapestry.
This remodel included new windows to capture the view of 4 ski areas and opened the room to light, highlighting the new exterior beams.
This gameroom becomes an additional guest room with the murphy beds that pull down from the walls.  Fun and Games for sure!!
The elegance of the master bedroom is achieved with hand painted wallcovering and an up lighted wood ceiling.
Light pours into the master suite from the wall of windows that surround the fireplace.  The river rock stones carry the flames and warm the room.
The stairway floats made of walnut planks.  Glass encloses the handrail as the view to the great room, is enhanced.
Woven wood ceiling is highlighted with up light coffers.  The rectalinear design is repeated by the use of a horn chandelier and the pattern on the rug.
This dining room is expanded by the gold leafed ceiling mouldings. The chandelier is custom glass specifically selected for the colors that repeat throughout the art work and fabrics.  The Old World style table is set.
Christmas is allways happy in this mountian elegant home.  Warm colors of rust and avocado repeat on the fabrics.  We were asked to add the Christmas Decorations to our furnishing installation just prior to the clients arrival.
French country and fresh color were the requirements of the client.  We get calls every summer when they are in town, saying how much they still love the house.  This living room was once sunken and we lifted the floor, opened the room to the kitchen and created a enormous room for family gatherings.

This Kitchen remodel included removing walls to open the room to the dining room and living room. Granite countertops accent the colors throughout the room.
This master bath is filled with limestone and custom mosaic tile accents the countertops!
The master bedroom is complete with an iron bed and custom bedding.  The artwork accents the period mouldings.
The gas burning fireplace is surrounded by a slab of golden marble.  The room is complete with shelves for media and books.
Warm colors illuminate this traditional living room.  Draperies of Bergamo print on a white ground keep the room light. The coffered ceiling detail uplights the mouldings and surrounds the quartz chandelier. The clients love the expanded room.
The remodel included removing the walls that enclosed the dining room, opening the space for the growing family.
A custom Ann Sacks mosaic tile mural enhances the master shower.  The traditional bath sparkles with glass and limestone.
Details of Windows throughout this traditional home repeat the victorian theme.
