Lin Lee, ASID, is happy to spend the time with you to explore the complexity of your project on a complimentary basis. At that time, we will determine the best way to proceed.

Looking through to the entry in this award winning Castle Pines Village whole house remodel, you can see how we brought the proportions down to human scale, opened up the kitchen and created a dramatic space.
The enlarged dining room in this Castle Pines Village whole house remodel is viewed through the entry canopy. It is a peaceful retreat for friends and family enjoy a great meal under an amazing silk chandelier. Lin designed the rugs in the entry and the dining room.
A close-up view of the kitchen in the Award Winning whole house Remodel in Castle Pines Village, illustrates how the team (client, architect and Lin Lee) worked together to make this space larger and reflect the client's lifestyle. Please note the cork floors.
A close-up of the kitchen from another view. Walls were removed and views created while making the kitchen larger with more storage. The kitchen became a centerpiece of the house. Please note how easy it is to work in this space.
As with the entry in this Award Winning whole house remodel, the space is brought to human scale with a dropped ceiling in the whimsical shape of a cloud. The seating creates a room within a room, all to showcase the exciting collection of art glass in the newly designed fireplace wall. This is a great place for conversation and looking at the view of the Front Range.
A light filled Living Room in Castle Pines Village offers an invitation to enjoy the conversation in a comfortable setting in Ponderosa Pines. The painting of an English Cotswold Lane was commissioned for the space.
An inviting sitting room in Cherry Hills Village. This eclectic mix of styles is a favorite for those who enjoy this sun-filled room.
Lin Lee, ASID brings the unexpected to this sunny sitting room in Cherry Hills Village. The painting of a gracious lady is the focal point, framed by two interesting and complimentary chairs.
This Master Bedroom in Denver Country Club is true to the French Country Tradition. The limestone quoins are borrowed from a detail on the exterior of the home. By applying plaster and touching them with the colors used in the room the entire space is harmonious. Lin designed the bed and the bedding and found antiques to complete the space.
The city view from this Award winning LoDo loft makes the space seem larger than 900 square feet. Lin added to this feeling by selecting a glass topped table that is actually a metal and stone sculpture. In fact, most of the furnishings are functioning pieces of sculpture.
The kitchen in this Award Winning LoDo Loft is very efficient and a great place for friends to gather in this week-end get away. Please notice the 27 refrigerator and the desk top large enough for your laptop at the window.
As the bedroom is directly off the entry to this Award Winning LoDo Loft, Lin found a one of a kind mixed media screen to provide a sense of privacy. The room is completed by the collage and bronze bedside lamps.
A stunning view at sunset in Castle Pines Village from this Tuscan Villa is framed with retractable doors opening to a covered terrace and enjoyed sitting in a comfortable living room filled with Donghia furniture.
This Tuscan Dining Room in Castle Pines Village is inviting because of the luxurious fabric on the dining chairs and the beautiful silk and wool rug that enhances the design of the fabric. The unexpected lightness of the dining table and the strength of the sideboard complete the room and compliment the sconces and chandelier.
The timelessness of this Award Winning Kitchen Remodel in Castle Pines Village is enhanced by the coppery stain on the cabinetry. Tambour doors allow the desk to be hidden, as well as the prep area for baking. The mess is all hidden in a moment when visitors arrive.
Lin partially remodeled this kitchen by updating the appliances and removing a 1980's planning desk, integrating new cabinets with the originals and choosing a black glaze to highlight the oak grain. LED above and below cabinet lighting, as well as the updated appliances make this 1980's kitchen energy efficient.
The clients bought the table and chairs in Paris and incorporated them in this wine tasting room in this Mountain Retreat. Lin worked with the muralist to create a sense that the wine tasting is in a covered terrace in view of the vineyard. It is difficult to see where the real stone starts and the painted stone begins.
Enjoy a soak in the tub while you watch TV and are warmed by the fire. That was the desire of the client in this Award Winning Master Bath remodel. The client also wanted to feel like he was in Tuscany. The carved stone trim is actually porcelain tile. The walls are Venetian plaster colored to match the stone on the tub, shower and walls. All of this was accomplished without increasing the size of the space.
An Award Winning renovation of a 1945 bungalow kitchen in Hilltop turned a dark workplace into a shining jewel. The new coffered ceiling adds interest and visual lift to the 8' ceiling. The china cabinet is the innovation the space needs. It creates a separate dining room, while adding storage and display.
The view from the other side of the china cabinet divider shows the working part of this kitchen remodel of a 1945 bungalow in Hilltop.
The restful feel of a spa greets the owner of this Award Winning Master Bath. Lin designed the lighting for applying make-up and, with the flip of a switch, to create a restful soak in the tub. After a hectic day, a steam shower awaits.
His Master Bath complete with his toys. Notice the bronze sink and matching faucet.
Her Master Bath. Please notice the apricot glass sink. The shower is accessible.
This could be your contemporary powder room.
A Country Kitchen Remodel made for entertaining in Castle Pines Village opens out to a large deck, water fall and pool. The party starts at the countertop/bar and the space in front of the fire place and quickly moves out doors.
The working view of the Country Kitchen Remodel reveals a kitchen ready to be enjoyed by a great cook and entertainer. A 27 refrigerator with refrigerator drawers is use in combination with seperate freezer drawers.
The remodel of this family room bar in Castle Pines Village brought together the cabinetry of the kitchen and the stone detail found on the exterior and fireplaces of the house.
