FREE HOUR OF INITIAL CONSULTATION
Establish basic client needs and scope of work


PROGRAM
 Gather end user information and requirements
 Propose service cost and estimate project budget
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
 Utilization and space plan analysis and establish relationship matrix
 Create conceptual, thematic statement and design
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
 Interior code analysis required for health, safety and welfare
 Drawing coordination of architectural, mechanical, electrical elements
 Layout coordination of equipment, art and IT
 Research, selection and location of finish materials and furnishings
 Custom cabinetry design and detail
 Continual budget review
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
 Establish all schedules and finalize interior portion of drawing package
 Specification of materials, furnishings, cabinetry and artwork
PRODUCT
 Inventory existing furnishings and artwork to coordinate with new plan
 Act as an owner’s agent to conduct purchasing or assist owner’s purchasing department
 Negotiate product discounts, place orders, track product and schedule installation of product
 Install furnishings and art; communicate any damage, broken or missing claims for owner
FOLLOW-UP
 Conduct post-occupancy evaluation
