Our initial consultation is at no charge. Our goal is to meet you, and discuss the scope of design services required to fulfill your needs. It is an interview for both of us to see if we are compatible and feel like we can work together successfully. We work with a variety of fee strucures and would discuss at that time which one would be the most appropriate for your scope of work.

Embracing our clients love of Santa Fe, this dining room was redecorated with hand plastered walls, hand hewn wood floors, and custom lighting.
A Santa Fe inspired master bedroom remodel and redesign features hand hewn wood floors, open beam ceiling, hand plastered walls, and natural gas fireplace. The design work was complimented by using the homeowners' existing bedroom furniture and accessories.
This master bath addition features a jetted soaking tub, tile floors, faux finish walls, willow reed and open beam ceiling, and plenty of ambiance.
We love personal spaces and so did our homeowner after we created a meditation space in her master bath addition.
Our own Design Studio bath located in the foothills of Colorado Springs has a Colorado Contempoary style. The travertine floor was broken and honed into a mosaic design. The same mosaic goes up the wall framing the mirror. A bronze sink sits on the iron counter. The counter, copper light fixture and towel bars as well as the front of the cabinet were designed and fabricated in house by Andy Sikora.
This is our own Design Studio Sitting Area. This beautiful coffee table was designed by us and fabricated by Andy Sikora (ironwork) and Glenn Montgomery (Wood). The wood used is ponderosa pine and came out of the Haymen fire in Colorado. The structural plates on the beams were also designed and fabricated in house by Andy Sikora.
The fireplace in our Design Studio is a drystack Telluride stone. The iron corbles and edging were designed and fabricated by Andy Sikora.
The fireplace in our own Design Studio has a TV hidden (see previous photo) above the painting that comes down with the touch of a button. It is incorporated into the lighting system and if you press Watch TV the lights dim, the TV comes down and turns on. The drystack of the stone hides the TV completely creating a wonderful surprise for guests.
This entry is a new construction project that we designed. An inlaid mosaic design on the floor greats guests as they walk into this beautiful custom home. The walls are fauxed in a warm beige creating an old world feel.
To emphasize the magnificant barrel vault in this dining room we fauxed the ceiling in a metallic copper.
The focal point of this Great Room is a marble fireplace custom designed and fabricated for this home.
The granite in this kitchen has a special rope edge that was hand chiseled. A custom hood fabricated out of copper
sits above the Wolf Range.
This secondary Powder Room has a custom designed vanity out of iron fabricated by Andy Sikora.
One of the showpieces in this home is the magnificant wine cellar. Some of the tiles were handpainted with the owners wine label to add a personal touch.
We specialize in designing and installing custom inlaid natural stone. This bath has a custom rug design on the floor as well as custom designed tile baseboard with inlaid mosaic marble. The travertine baseboard not only adds beauty but is very easy to care for.
We completedly remodeled this Old North End home in Colorado Springs. This custom door was designed by Katherine Speas and custom fabricated for the client.
As you can tell from the before picture this kitchen has been completly gutted, redesigned and custom crafted. The only item that stayed the same was the skylight.
The family room in this house was a flat ceiling and had a brick fireplace, dark wood paneled walls and small windows. We opened it up by vaulting the ceiling, created a wall of glass with atrium doors to the courtyard and used Frank Lloyd Wright stained glass designs. This house has a contempoary craftsman style.
The Master Bedroom in this home has a hand torn paper with metallic paint overlapped and glued to the wall by a local artisan in Colorado Springs.
The clients of this home wanted an open, warm Tuscan feel with a comfortable and casual elegance. We took out the 2 sided drywall fireplace and replaced it with a warm stone facade. The furniture we selected had warm hues of golds, coppers and browns to carry out the warmth and comfort. We glazed the walls in a warm buttery yellow to create a soft glow.
The original kitchen in this house was gutted and completely opened up into the Great Room of the house. The hood is a clay finish with seashells and crinkled copper designed and fabricated by our own Andy Sikora. The custom travertine backsplash adds to the Old World charm of this space.
Our homeowner craved a place for reading, reflection, and relaxation. Our solution - carve it out of an underused kitchen nook flooded with sunshine and open to the kitchen and great room.
Unused guest bedrooms can easily be transformed into stylish and functional home office space.
Wine cellars are the latest trend in custom homes and custom home remodeling. Our design build team literally carved this wine cellar out of unused space under a stair case. The cellar features built in wine racks, custom bar, sipping table, custom lighting, concrete floors, and custom iron work.
The lower level of the Tuscan home was a challenge because of the structural columns that had to stay. We created an old Italy look by making them look old with brick and clay.
Our clients wanted to have a flat screen TV in the lower level but did not want to look at it when not in use. We created doors with an iron latch that looked old to cover it up. (See next photo)
These doors cover up the TV in this Old World Tuscan lower level. (See previous photo)
